Clients receiving a tattoo must be at least 18 years of age and carry valid government-issued photographic identification, unless accompanied by a legal parent or guardian in compliance with applicable local laws.
Yara Tattoos adheres to strict international hygiene protocols. All needles are single-use, factory-sealed blister packs opened in front of the client and destroyed or returned after the session. Clients agree to disclose any relevant medical conditions, allergies or skin conditions prior to inking.
All custom tattoo sketches and original designs prepared by Yara Tattoos artists remain the intellectual property of the studio unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
Tattoo healing depends largely on adherence to post-session hygiene and care protocols. Clients agree to follow the provided aftercare instructions (including gentle washing, ointment application and sun protection) for optimal healing results.
